About Jimmie Carpenter Miller, Partner

With over 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Jimmie Miller has tried in excess of 200 jury trials to conclusion in Virginia and Tennessee state and federal courts. She routinely defends medical malpractice cases for hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and other medical providers. She became the firm’s first female partner in 1986.

Mrs. Miller is also a past member of the Tennessee Bar Association’s board of governors.

Pursuant to medical staff bylaws, Mrs. Miller represents hospital administrations and medical executive committees in administrative hearings.
