Jordan T. Richardson focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Estate Administration, including the creation of trusts, wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, guardianships, and conservatorship.

Prior to joining Hunter, Smith & Davis, Mr. Richardson practiced Estate Planning in Memphis, where he conducted numerous seminars pertaining to trusts, wills, probate, and general estate planning topics.

While attending law school at the University of Memphis, Mr. Richardson, participated in the school’s Medical-Legal Partnership clinic in association with Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. As both a graduate research assistant for Professor Kathryn Ramsey and a student attorney, Mr. Richardson gained experience in a variety of matters including conservatorships, representation of students and parents during IEP meetings, and TennCare eligibility matters.

During his time at the University of Memphis, Mr. Richardson was active in the Memphis Sports & Entertainment Law Society and served as President of the Christian Legal Society. Mr. Richardson is a Johnson City native and East Tennessee State University alum. While attending ETSU, he was a Volunteer Younglife leader at Science Hill High School.
