Colin M. Wyvill focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, specifically in insurance defense and real estate litigation. He represents various insurance companies in a variety of claims, including property, automobile litigation, premises liability and fraud. Mr. Wyvill has a special interest in the area of real estate litigation.

Mr. Wyvill graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with Honors. While attending law school, Mr. Wyvill was the captain of the National Health Law Moot Court team, as well as serving as an officer in several student organizations.

Before attending law school, Mr. Wyvill spent 12 years proudly serving in the U.S. Army as an airborne infantryman. While serving in the military, Mr. Wyvill completed three combat deployments in the Middle East. After completion of his military service, Mr. Wyvill moved to East Tennessee.

Mr. Wyvill is from Spring, Texas, and lives in Kingsport with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children.
