Chris Rose maintains a practice focusing on civil defense litigation. He has vast experience handling a variety of personal injury, property damage, and premises liability cases for both personal and commercial policies. He routinely defends first and third-party insurance claims, including bad faith cases. Mr. Rose defends municipalities and their employees in governmental tort and civil rights actions.

Chris grew up in Kingsport, and upon graduating from law school, he began practicing in town. He then moved to Nashville and worked as staff counsel for a national insurance carrier. In that capacity, he practiced in courts across the State of Tennessee. He returned to Kingsport and enjoys all East Tennessee has to offer. He is an avid sports fan and is actively involved in coaching a variety of youth sports in the area.

Chris is married to his wife, Jill, and they have three children.
