Greg Haden attended the DRI Trucking Seminar held in Nashville on June 26th. This one-day conference featured a mock trucking trial. Greg learned the latest legal strategies used in the direct and cross-examination of drivers, safety directors and trucking experts. He also gained insight into how new trucking regulations affect commercial trucking litigation.

Greg is a partner in the Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. He has spoken before many organizations on tort law topics, workers’ compensation issues, and civil trial strategies.

Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams attended the 2019 Seminar & Expo on Insurance Fraud, held in Phoenix, Arizona on September 9-11. The seminar, sponsored by the International Association of Special Investigation Units, brought together SIU professionals involved in detecting, investigating, and deterring insurance fraud. Caroline attended sessions on fraudulent auto claims for personal injury and property damage, medical billing fraud, and major case ring investigations.

Caroline concentrates her practice on civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage. She represents a wide variety of insurance companies in claims involving property, premises liability, arson, fraud, auto litigation and personal injury.
